How To Use
- For fluffy idlis, mix 2 cups of water to 1 cup of millet idli mix. Allow it to ferment for 8-10 hours.
- Once fermented, add salt, and mix well. Add water if required to bring the batter to idli batter consistency.
- Steam the batter in an idli steamer for 10-12 min. on a medium flame.
- Serve hot with your preferred choice of GRUhaSutram chutney pudis.
