How To Use
- Mix 2 cups of water with 1 cup of millet dosa mix. Mix well and allow it to ferment for 8 hours.
- Once fermented, add salt and, water if required and make it dosa batter consistency.
- Pour sufficient batter on a hot tava, spread it thin, drizzle oil, and cook on medium flame until golden brown.
- Serve with your preferred choice of GRUhaSutram Chutney Pudis.
(Optional: Place the potato masala in the dosa for a millet masala dosa).
