How To Use
- Heat 1 tbsp ghee in a pressure pan/ cooker. Saute onions and vegetables (optional) in ghee until golden brown.
- Add green peas along with 2 tsp methi pulao masala and saute for 1 min.
- Add 1 cup of washed rice and fry for 1 min.
- Add 2 cups of water and salt to taste and pressure cook for 2 whistles.
- Garnish with fried onions, cashew, and raisins, and serve hot.
