How To Use
- Add 1 tbsp of ghee to a pressure pan/cooker.
- Add 1/2 cup onions and fry well.
- Add 1 cup of vegetables and fry for 1 min. Add 1/4 cup curd to the fried vegetables and mix well.
- Add 1 cup Biryani mix. Mix well for 1 min. Add salt and 1.25 cups of water and pressure cook for 2 whistles.
- Once done, add 2 tbsp of ghee and garnish with fried cashew nuts and almonds.
