How To Use
- Add 1 tbsp of ghee to a pressure pan/cooker. Add 1 cup ven pongal mix and 3 cups water and pressure cook for 3-4 whistles.
- Once done, add 1 cup of boiled milk (optional). Stir and cook for 1 min.
- Add salt to taste and 3-4 tbsp of ghee and serve hot.
- You may pair this with GRUhaSutram Sakkarai Pongal for a sweet savoury combo.
