How To Use
- Cook 2 cups of rice and allow it to cool completely.
- Heat 2 tsp of oil in a pan and add mustard, hing, peanut, channa dal, urad dal, 1 red chilli and allow it to splutter.
- Add 250g of chopped brinjal, green peas and 1/4 tsp of salt. Cover and allow it to cook until the brinjal is done.
- Add 1 tbsp of vangibath powder, 2 tbsp of tamarind water or 1 tbsp of lemon juice and 1/2 tsp of jaggery. Mix well and cook for 3 min.
- Add cooked rice, salt as needed and mix well.
- You can follow the same method to make Tomato Bath, Capsicum Bath, Vegetable Bath and Kharabath.
