How to Use
- For fluffy idlis, mix 1 cup of fresh curd with 1 cup of rava idli mix and set aside for 1 min.
- Add another ½ cup curd to the batter. Mix well and set aside for 2 min.
- Steam the batter in an idli steamer for 10 min. on a medium flame.
- Serve hot with your preferred choice of GRUhaSutram chutney pudis.
