Kitchen King Masala

How to use:

• Cut paneer into small cubes and fry in butter/ghee till golden brown.
• In a Kadai, add oil, fry onions till golden brown, add 2 chopped tomatoes and cook for 2 min.
• Add vegetables and saute for a min. Add salt, ½ tsp red chilli powder, 2 tsp kitchen king masala, and saute for 2 min. Add sufficient water and cook until vegetables are soft. Add paneer pieces, sprinkle kitchen king masala, coriander leaves and serve hot.
